Tony came into Wealth Academy with a portfolio and a plan. What he's built since then is something far bigger than HE imagined.

In his first 12 months, Tony got to work restructuring. He sold off parts of his existing portfolio to free up capital and create a leaner, more efficient foundation — a smart move that set the stage for everything that followed.

With a clearer strategy in place, Tony bought, renovated, and sold a family detached home in a sought-after part of Newcastle, putting his skills and confidence to the test on a quality asset. He then acquired a detached property in Brechin, Aberdeenshire — this one he kept, renovating it and setting it up as Serviced Accommodation, generating income from both contractors and holiday makers.

Tony came back for Year 2. Now he's actively bidding on refurbishment properties and portfolios, scaling his deal flow and sharpening his eye for opportunity. And in what might be the most exciting development yet — Tony is about to launch a separate refurbishment business alongside his son Aidan, turning years of hands-on experience into a family legacy.
